Customer service and quality:
2 indivisible concepts
Based on ethics, trust and confidentiality, our customer service is designed to strengthen the partnership by looking after all aspects:
- By ensuring the continuity of the services provided,
- By providing technical and regulatory support throughout the development process.
- By certifying a quality product in the desired quantities,
- By guaranteeing reliable deadlines at a competitive price.
The ISO 9001 version 2000 certification in ORGASYNTH?s main subsidiaries is the result of a long-standing quality assurance policy. It attests, together with the countless customer audits carried out at our facilities, to the quality of the products manufactured by the Group.

Safety, environment:
day-to-day concerns
ORGASYNTH looks on health, safety and respect for the environment as amongst its top priorities. The potential risks posed by products and production methods are methodically assessed as is potential damage to the environment.
This voluntary commitment vis-ΰ-vis sustainable development can be specifically seen in the implementation of the code of conduct drawn up as part of the Responsible Care initiative signed by all Group subsidiaries.
The Group's approach to safety is based on the following principles:
• Looking on safety as a company management issue by building it into all decision-making.
• Focusing on prevention by making all employees aware of the importance of compliance with applicable rules and procedures through the holding of trainings.
An annual safety plan with quantifiable targets is put in place in every subsidiary at the start of the year. A regular Management Review makes it possible to verify the proper application of procedures and instructions as well as the progress towards the targets set out in the annual plans.
Every Group employee plays a part in the proper application of the procedures and progress towards excellence.
With regard to environmental protection, given the nature of the business, all Group sites are very regularly inspected by the relevant authorities (DRIRE). No liquid or waste leaves these sites without having first been analyzed and then treated. Treatment is carried out by a treatment plant such as at ORGASYNTH Industries and ORGACHIM and/or subcontractors authorized to destroy waste.
