In the area of aromatic creation, our R&D department has 3 laboratories:
• a sweet formulation laboratory to meet the needs of manufacturers of dairy products, drinks, confectionery, biscuits, etc.
• a savory formulation laboratory to meet the needs of producers of soups, prepared meals, snacks, condiments, etc.
• an application laboratory that establishes the dosage to meet your requirements and industrial constraints.
In terms of expertise, one priority: food safety
Since 1994 Fontarôme has applied strict quality control methods to its products and services.
In 1996 those methods resulted in ISO 9001 (version 94) certification for our quality management system; in 2002 our certification was updated with the 2000 version.
An HACCP study compliant with the Codex Alimentarius instructions is nearly finished, and we are already working on the IFS repository for certification in 2006.
Traceability, information, notification, and product tracking: these 4 criteria defined in regulation 178-2002 are among our priorities. In constant contact with AFSSA, we guarantee permanent control of our products.
